The 8341A Synthesized Sweep Generator combines the performance of a synthesizer and broadband sweep oscillator in one unit fully controlled via the HP-IB bus.
It is ideal for both manual and automated testing applications.
Frequency Range: 10 MHz to 20 GHz with 1 to 4 Hz resolution
Calibrated Output: +10 dBm to -110 dBm with maximum output of +20 dBm
Very low spurious and phase noise
Provides Amplitude, and Frequency Modulation
Also functions as complete analog sweeper
Sweep range from 100 Hz to 20 GHz
Output connector is type N female, 50 ohms impedance
THIS UNIT IS WORKING FINE AND IS IN GOOD SHAPE.
We checked the output power on this unit and we found these readings:
10 Mhz - 7 Ghz leveled output + 11 dBm ( +10 dBm typical)
10 Mhz - 13.5 Ghz leveled output + 7.4 dBm ( +10 dBm typical)
10 Mhz - 20 Ghz leveled output + 5.5 dBm (+9 dBm typical
If you need more power on higher frequencies the unit is to be re-calibrated
